Jennifer is a limited licensed psychologist (LLP). She has a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University. Jennifer has extensive experience treating eating disorders. She also has experience working with children 12 years old and older. Jennifer is open to therapeutically connect with anybody that feels drawn to her but has special interest in treating anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, grief, improving self worth/esteem, exploring spirituality, and trauma.
Jennifer pulls from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), client centered therapy and teaches the benefits of mindfulness and living in the moment. Jennifer feels a passion helping others discover and love their authentic self. She believes that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important aspects of therapy. She provides a warm, understanding, and supportive atmosphere in her sessions. This assists in the formation of trust, vulnerability and recovery.
